Carrie made a mistake and as a result her account went poof for a bit. Carrie panicked but emailed Master Chippie the problem and in like two mintues he had the problem fixed. Thank you Master Chippie for fixing the problem so fast. I was already in post whore withdrawls.
You are the best Master Chippie. Thank you. Now pucker up because you get kisses for that baby!
And now you can stop laughing that I made my account go poof and panicked like I did. |

Security precaution i suppose so bots or someone trying to get into your account with YOUR email are denied until activated.
Was there any type of visual confirmation? bots cant see and why i have it enabled on registration. Or was it an activation link? |

So I emailed you and right after I did. I was checking my email address. The sender was the same as the emails I get when they come from this site and it was a link for me to click on telling me that my account would be activated after I clicked on the link. I clicked on the link and it brought me back here and told me my account was now activated.
I hope I amswered your question right, I am only half nerdy. It was a blue activation link for me to click on and again, it brought me here when I clicked on it.
Should I be worried now? |

This morning i have been working on a spiffy new thing that will help greet all new registrations (no0bs) and maybe feel a little more welcome due to your laziness and lack of interests (and paranoia) on new members that join.
Lets all give a big lazy welcome to my latest project [user=118] yay
Lazy-Bot used to be Troll Patroll but with the new automated "Post on registration" plug-in I needed a current member (and wasn't making a new one due to laziness) to welcome new peeps that sign up at Max. Now none of you (including me) don't have to do a damn thing when someone signs up, the Lazy-Bot will welcome them!
Lazy-Bot will post a default message (which can be altered) to give all no0bs an idea on what to do and where to do it. I have also edited the PM on registration to tell no0bs they have an automated welcome for them.
Isn't that cool? Now, maybe some of you lazy shits can help out so i can see if it works and refer someone???? LMFAO Lazy note: If any of you lazy flukeys have some suggestions feel free to force yourself to say something.
That is all | |
