So I am thinking about adding a puppy to our household. I just can not make up my mind though... I miss having a dog around but, then I think about cleaning accidents out of the carpet, chewed up belongings, picking up poop...

The dog I am looking at is a rotti lab cross. The other thing is which is better a boy or girl? Honestly I don't think I have ever owned a male dog. The whole leg humping thing is a big turn off. But, they are less expensive to fix and, someone told me that once fixed; males are easier to train than females
