Yep this is another "you" code welcoming old members back so dont think im personally welcoming YOU back because im not lol . 
Where and why?  Today i installed a Inactive Reminders plugin which mass mailed inactive members older than 31 days. 
Anyone that had to reset their password will need to go into the usercp and setup the options they want, this will include the enhanced editor which gives you all of the smilies. Be sure to set your profile privacy too to whatever you think is best for your own protection!
Any questions can be posted here, i will try not to be too lazy and help out the best i can.
